BWZ-Series

Beltwall Conveyor, Configurable Modular Design

Flexible Routing

The BWZ-Series Beltwall Conveyor is designed for high-containment material handling through steep inclines and smooth angle transitions. Using Beltwall sidewall belting, the BWZ can move material from horizontal to incline and back to horizontal configurations while minimizing spillage. Common applications include railcar pit transloading, bagging & bulk bag loading systems, floor-to-floor conveying, process-to-process transfer, and space-saving elevation changes where traditional conveyors are limited.

Advantages

Flexible Routing Between Processes & Elevations

The BWZ smoothly transitions from horizontal to incline and back to horizontal within a single conveyor, allowing material to move between floors, machines, or process stages without additional transfer points.

Steep Incline Capability in Compact Layouts

Designed to handle steep elevation changes, the BWZ reduces the need for long incline conveyors, bucket elevators, or multiple transfer conveyors—saving valuable floor space in tight or complex facilities.

Minimal Cleanup

The Beltwall sidewall belting keeps material fully contained through steep inclines and angle transitions, minimizing spillage, dust, and cleanup. This makes the BWZ ideal for operations where material loss and housekeeping are critical concerns.

Features & Accessories

Beltwall Sidewall Belting

Flexible Beltwall sidewall belting provides virtually zero material spillage through horizontal and incline transitions. The integrated sidewalls prevent material loss while supporting smooth, controlled transport across varying elevations.

Transition Pulley Assembly

The transition pulley assembly allows the conveyor to move smoothly between horizontal and inclined sections. This design supports controlled material flow while maintaining belt alignment through angled changes.

Discharge Chute

Designed to manage material flow after incline conveying, the discharge chute provides controlled, efficient transfer while helping maintain system cleanliness and material containment.

Shaft Mounted Gearbox

The shaft mounted gearbox provides direct, efficient power transmission to the conveyor. Its compact design reduces the need for additional mounting components while supporting reliable, consistent operation.

Drive Pulley

The drive pulley provides efficient power transfer to the belt and supports stable tracking through horizontal and incline transitions. Lagging enhances traction while reducing slippage under load.
